You may claim it to be a random draw but you may also manipulate and make your ticket a winning ticket scamming all the entries money or may be you make you site down when you get enough money from selling tickets.

While lotteries have a higher house edge, a 75% edge on your game is way too much. And that is assuming all tickets sell, you some how don't run away with the funds, the drawing is legit (less than 0.0000000001%), and winners are paid. You do realise that dodging the, very legitimate, questions that are being raised in this thread, only damages what little credibility you currently have within this community. Who cares if he is a Newbie, I wouldn't trust a dark green trusted Legendary account with this obvious scam.  Who would trust one person to pay out $5,000,000?  That would be insane even if they were the most trusted person on earth.  A lottery with a payout this large needs a huge team of people to run it and needs to be audited from people on the outside too.  The sad thing is that many people will fall for this and the scammer will make some money out of it.
