first off..can you please tell us where you'll get the $5 million fund for the prizes? and please dont say from the proceeds, because that would mean 5 million tickets should be sold first before the draw takes place, that would certainly take a while (if not forever).. and you'll probably run off with money anyway as soon as it hits a certain sum
