When we reach 20 million, bitcoin will celebrate 18 years old.
It would be very interesting these two dates match, on Sunday of 03/01/2027.
But probably the reach of 20 million bitcoins will be in another day before that.  Cool

Would be great there was a torrent file of all referenced materials of the paper: "How to Build Time-Lock Encryption" by Tibor Jager. And having its magnet link published on bitcoin blockchain!

Au contraire (that's French), for we're speaking in terms of internet years, akin to dog years, of which there's a formula to calculate the real age of a dog.

After penning the above (seriously, even though it uses the same analogy), I hunted Google and found the following: http://www.fatdux.com/blog/2009/09/22/calculating-the-length-of-an-internet-year/

And that means X = 4.7 years.

So, it seems that Bitcoin can legally buy and drink NEFT Vodka most anywhere in the world, for it's clearly over 21.

I think bitcoin will die quite young. I would predict it to be fully grown-up at 10. But the new economy will flourish.
