I have to say that some of these options are really inefficient. It's better buying low amounts in every dip, until you reach the whole Bitcoin.

Yeah keep on buying in small parts whenever your budget allows you, as of now I have saved 2 btc in wallet which is earned only from signature campaign as I am into it since last 1.5 years and I prefer to save my earnings.

Got my first one by working hard on ptc websites and faucets but it took a very long time. The key is too not spend any of the bits that you build up in your wallet. No matter how hard it is too not spend them as I know this is the most difficult thing to do in life.

I purchased my first BTCs in 2012. Back then, I purchased around BTC15, in exchange for $150 in cash through Localbitcoins. If I remember correctly, I paid a premium of 5% above the market rates. That said, after a few months, I earned my first Bitcoin through BitTrivia. It was a website set up by some German Bitcoiner in his 20s, and gave Bitcoins to anyone who could win quiz contests. Later, I was able to earn more coins through other sites such as Rugatu, Coinurl, A-ads, and Bitcoinget.

Me, I really do not get my 1 BTC in one time, I accumulate it by participating micro jobs and signature campaign here. But that 1 BTC is now is already gone because of gambling and I spend on my needs in real life, my investment is not included with the amount I earn because I bought a large portion of it.

I gamble sometimes but with not a higher amount so I can never expect that I will be making 1 btc from gambling but its surely possible with trading in long run.

I have still not achieved my first whole bitcoin but i am on its way of achieving it. Till now i have accumulated about 0.7 btc from signature contests, logo contests, signature campaigns and other micro tasks. I even have used some part of my earnings, got into ponzi while in newbie stage, but now i am holding until i get 1 btc.

I think to reach to that amount in quick time you should invest some of it in altcoin trading, as if you choose the right coin then within few weeks you can manage to have 1 btc in your wallet.

I still personally don't have my first BTC yet, for right now I've jjust been sitting here and effectively getting peanuts and so while everyone else does bigger things. And to be honest I'm fine with it so far, and I don't really care that much, but one day I might get to the 1 BTC point.

I'm also on my way to getting my first 1 BTC. I'm not yet half way there but eventually we'll get there. I'm getting most of my earnings from signature campaign and sometimes Mitchell gives me a portion of the payment of the paid advertisement in the signature campaign thread because I help him update the thread every day. It's not that much but it actually contributes to speeding up the process of me getting my first 1 BTC.

I got my first Bitcoin in 2013. It seems so long ago now. I bought some small amount that I was investing and trading and came to my first Bitcoin. It took me some time to earn it but I remember that I was so exicted and felt like I have something real big. Great feeling! After that it was much easier.

Never stored a complete one, though earned more than that but lost some of it and spend the most, recently cashed out around 0.5btc for some personal reason, now will start accumulating again so that i can reach a good amount again.

I think most of us would get our first BTC not because of a single task but a combination of tasks that doesn't actually pay that much. Plenty of us have some money in our Bitcoin wallet from faucets, other people have some from signature campaign, twitter campaign, and other promotion stuffs. Those small amounts of money summed up to make our first 1 BTC.
