Hi!

We launched a new provably fair multicurrency dice site: www.cryptosdice.com

Some facts:

- Our own script designed from sratch.
- BTC and 40 altcoins accepted.
- Players can bet or invest in the bankroll.
- Faucet for all currencies.
- Affiliates program.
- Slider feature, players can bet any interval (not only lower or higher than a number, like other dice games).
- 80000 Bets in 2 weeks.
- Around 700 active users.

In order to upgrade and expand our business we are looking for partners/investors, this is our roadmap:

  • 1. Promote the site and get sufficient bankrolls in all the accepted currencies.
  • 2. Add features for the current game: Chat, Autobet.
  • 3. Add new innovative dice games:
    • - Social dice: players bet every each seconds with a common roll.
    • - Rocket dice: similar to bustabit game.
    • - Bubbles dice: new kind of dice game.

The target is to be one of the biggest gambling sites focused on dice games, providing huge variety of currencies and new dice game experiences.

+INFO

We decided that this is the offer for partners-investors (conditions may chance until the final offer):

Partners-investors will own shares of the company called CRYPTOSDICE and receive monthly dividends from CRYPTOSDICE profits.

This is how profits are calculated: house edge = 1% - 50% of which is goes to CRYPTOSDICE (the other 50& goes to bankroll investors), also a 10% is used for affiliates-faucets and a 10% for costs of explotation (server, hosting) and ads. So basically:

cryptosdice profit: 0.5%
affiliates + faucets: 0.1%
service cost + advertisement: 0.1%

net profits: 0.5 - 0.1 - 0.1 = 0.3%

Then is just a question of how much volume is wagered every month. Let's suppose:

100 BTC volume = 0.3 BTC profits
1000 BTC volulme = 3 BTC profits
10000 BTC volulme = 30 BTC profits

CRYPTOSDICE has 1.000.000 shares, at an initial minimum prize of 0.0005 BTC/shares.
We are offering a maximum of 50% of the business, so 500.000 shares, but anybody can buy any amount from 1 to 500.000.

We will use the raised funds to promote the site, add new features and add new games. The target is to reach the 10000 BTC monthly volume, which will give an average 30 BTC of profits every month. In this case the dividend will be: 30/1.000.000 = 0.00003 BTC, so you get back your 0.0005 BTC (price per share) every 16.6 months.

Of course in the beginning the profits will be lower, but at some point they can be bigger than this. As an example PRIMEDICE has a monthly wagered amount of 40000-50000 BTC, and our site accepts 40 currencies, not just 1!

PM me if you are interested and how many shares will you like to buy. We are going to add a Partners section in cryptosdice.com (but only if we see that people are interested in this option). The section will allow to check the dividends and receive them automatically to your wallet, and also the option to buy-sell shares. For this last feature, I was looking a stocks service like https://cryptostocks.com/, but seems the page is not working well, so maybe is just create my custom one.

IIRC you will have to buy a license from bustabit if you want to have any sort of game like that. Otherwise you have to tread lightly, otherwise you could get sued.

Why should they take Bustabit's permission in this matter, they are not using the same script as far I see it. Even if they did, I don't think Bustabit holds the "copyrights" to the script neither can they do anything except giving the site bad publicity as they themselves are not a registered legal gambling site

It is easy to see what I mean if you go to the webiste and try to make a bet.

In many dice games, you basically can bet that the lucky number needs to be lower or higher than an specific number, for example in a dice roll from 0 to 100, lower than 50, gives you a chance to win of 50% and if you win, you multiply your wager x2.

In CRYPTOSDICE, you can set any interval, for example, the interval 25-75, also gives you 50% chance and multiplies your wager x2.

So you are looking for 250btc in other words & you are going to add another 250btc,
for me till i saw the site up and running its a NO go
plus dont compare a giant (Primedice) with an egg !
I bet you will get some investors eventually, but 16.6months is longgg time! and my opinion is the investor have the option to cash out anytime he wants, or you will have a buy wall (just saying) with 0.0005 per share ?

Every 16.6 months? No chance of investing and cashing out when I want?

How do I guarantee you will not run with my bitcoins?

Looking forward to get more information.

Please note: This is not a formal or guarantee that I will invest in your project, just trying to get some information to see if its worth the investment.

That's way too long to ROI. Way better off buying ASICs or renting them, or buying icos, or pretty much anything. I would probably make more money looking for pennies on the sidewalk.

IF this project is legit , you will get your money back because in dice and such thinks you can take back your money much sooner than the 16.6months , but it seems this dev has "locked" the ROI formula in order to make up his ROI first and not by the same time with his investors, not respecting your investors is a bad ..

but what i dont get with the gambling site, is why dont you start your project with your own bankroll have faith on it and increase your bankroll by your self, plus keep all the profits the house..?!
You missing btc ? go take a loan! and all profit stays in your pocket

Any specific reasons ?

You don't need 40 altcoins and nobody with that much money would invest when they aren't on equal terms with their Partners.  I'd ask why the roi lock but that is obvious,  so the question is why do you think a roi lock would go unnoticed?

The majority of gamblers do not come from this forum, and they do have a thread. 8,000 bets isn't much,  you can have a single player do thousands of bets in a day. MoneyPot for example did 3.5MM bets over the past day.

As to the offering:

Why would people want to buy equity when they can just put it in the bankroll (and get a higher return)? Why aren't you risking much of your own capital (site bankroll isn't even 5BTC)? If you are going to try and raise $200K from investors you should be willing to put at least a few grand into your own product.

Then for your expected volume:

Completely unreasonable. The only Bitcoin sites that break the 10k monthly wagered mark are PrimeDice, BustaBit, MoneyPot and Bet King. SatoshiDice usually doesn't even hit 4k, and SafeDice even less than that. A site like SafeDice/Crypto-Games is probably the ceiling for your project and that is still unlikely.

this company is a scam, plain and simple. I deposited some btc to invest it in being the casino bankrole, and when I divested and withdrew the btc, in 2 transactions, the company only sent me 1 of the transactions. this happened back in february, multiple support tickets, multiple emails, multiple posts on bitcoin talk, no answer, no btc. this company is a scam and steals your money, please avoid.

Yours Sincerely,
