he offers a loan on your verified coinbase or circle accounts..no intention of giving loan..he wanrs to steal your accounts..
he from egypt and be aware of people who responds to u as DEAR. and the word KINDLY AND BEST REARGUARDS..Total scam..

As others have stated kindly follow the proper steps @op to channel your grievances as if there is no evidence then it does not exist and even your trust level comes into question as a newbie on this forum kindly do that and inform others that might fall victim...
