the purchase incidence happened around in march , and this is late july.
i have done various deal after that with amount ranging more than 2BTC+ , i had also got loan here and have repaid them.
atm i am offering no collateral.

So you're a user on bitcointalk of all of 4 months and you think that and your bought account entitles you to be able to take out no collateral loans?  Surely you're joking.  You're going to end up with red trust instead,  and you'd deserve it too.

i have added collateral in OP , i have around 573 lisk on polo , and i am willing to put  150 lisk as collateral , who so ever is willing to provide me loan.
collateral will be only handled by a verified escrow.

I can fund this if you can put 175 LISK as collateral, and I get permission to sell once the LISK reaches a value of 0.065BTC. The LISK will be held at Poloniex by me, since I don't want to bother downloading the wallet. If you wish, I can hold it at another exchange.
