#1.  No more administrative leave for officers who are involved in a questionable killing.  If it were you or me, they lock us up first and ask questions later.  No cop wants to sit in jail while investigation continues, even if only 72 hrs...

#2.  I know 3 ways to world peace.  The one where we all get to live and love is the one we are living today.  Tomorrow could be gone or never come, and the will of Man has not resolved for peace.
