It's easy to game the fork by DDoSiNg the larger pools that will fork so If I was against it I would nail them while adding nodes for the pre fork versions.

What do you guys think?

Lol, you seem to be very exicted about this. Why do u want ethereum to be ddos'ed?
I don't think one person with one computer can dos the eth netwrok to damage it, I guess I don't understand how it could damage the proccess other than slow it down. What do u mean by 'game the fork'?
