Just want to share with you guys a terrible experience of a friend of mine who also use Coins.ph. He has an available balance 500,000 pesos in his PhP wallet. My friend received an email from Coins.ph stating that they cannot continue to support him on their platform. Coins.ph did not elaborate the exact reason. My friend now wants to cashout all his money but Coins.ph wants a notarized request for account termination and withdrawal of funds plus valid ids. So if you guys plan to keep you money Coins.ph, think about it, as this may happen to you. I have a screen shot of the email that Coins.ph sent to my friend and I asked his permission to post his negative experience with this company.

I don't judge him, baka lang naman.

Hi everyone! I am Niquie, a representative of Coins.ph, ready to help you with your concerns/inquiries/feedbacks regarding Coins and our services. This is going to be the official thread from now on. Some of you might have noticed that I changed my username from NiquieA to Niquie@Coins. NiquieA will no longer be available. Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you all. Thank you for creating a thread for coins.ph concern. Looking forward to use your service once I earned money from bitcoin. LOL. Hopefully I won't be using this thread since I don't want any issues with my coins.ph account and transactions. LOL.

Maraming reports about pag malaki pera mo. Yung iba pinapacash out.
Eto lang, kung nagbbitcoin kayo tas ang bitcoin address nyo diretso jan, i suggest choosing another app na nagssupport ng BTC wallet. Coinbase, coinomi.
Just that, these MLMs are not smart enough but, abusive in a way na pati coinsph napasok nla. Hmp.
Anyway people. don't believe in MLMs madalas naman yan di tumatagal dahil wala na marecruit mga narecruit nla.
Sa mga mag ccash out ng more than 100k goodluck.

Legit and business nun. If you have time go search so FB page ng Coins.ph at makikita mo yung post nya then try to search in google yung name nya para makita mo ang back ground nung tao. Walang tinatago yun.

Hello, This is Pem from Coins.ph Very sorry to hear of your friend's experience in our platform. I have personally escalated this to our team. Typically we disable online cash-outs for accounts when we suspect that the account was involved in fraud, or other activity that violates our terms of service (gambling, illegal investment scheme, etc). Another common reason is if we are concerned an account is subject to unauthorized access. Here is our user agreement: https://coins.ph/user-agreementAs mentioned, your friend can still cash-out the funds by submitting a written request. The reason for this is that we need to document that they requested for the funds to be taken out of the account, and ensure we are sending the funds to the rightful owner. Your friend can contact me via our support email ( help@coins.ph), and I can review to understand exactly what happened and help.

And it's because of the lack of manpower.
