1. Having your ID or phone verified in Localbitcoins or Paxful will be the same as dealing with some who hasn't that, it is a Escrow system , you can check always my reputation based in Localbitcoins and Paxful and decide if you want use my services or not.

2. The rates varies, you right it is a little bit more than 10% up to 20% , but for Bitcointalk members I'm ONLY selling from 10% up to 20% depending payment method and amount. All you have to do is asking me via PM the link of an private AD link for get the rates I mentioned, giving me also your skype will allow me to contact you faster.
