You might just buy directly from Bitmain in China.

That list of distributors are old, there is currently NO 'distributors' for Bitmain products despite what some people will say. There is no reason not to buy from Bitmain directly.

The reason is, there arme currently no S9 available at bitmain

hm it's not a part of what bitmain just bought ?. I wouldn't know because i would buy direct to by pass the middle man etc .
