I ordered one of their accounts, not knowing this rule. Since when was that a rule?

It's been enforced more strictly and less strictly from time to time, but the rule to which all moderation regarding those cracked accounts goes back has been there for a long time.
Did the forum change it's policy or are the mods waiting for the digital goods section to be overcrowded by threads like those before anything gets done?
Not that I know of. The most recent change of policies (I'm aware of) was the one regarding invite only sites, which can now also be sold by newbies (it wasn't allowed back in the days).

Would have been my first reaction to that thread.
Although I'm unsure if this already counts as "unreasonably low price" or if clear evidence of the accounts being cracked is needed...
(It's a no brainer, obviously those are chracked.)
