Paypal is reversible so everybody is weary about accepting it.

Ive used bitcopia a few times in the past. $60 minimum but you place an order, go to a wells fargo bank and deposit your money into their business acct and they send you the btc in an hr or so.

Is there something else you can use that would be like an escrow system?

There is no way you are going to get your coins like this.
The paypal itself is a major problem with your request, not to mention your first post and demand to get paid first.

I know but I don't wanna get scammed. I trust myself. I don't trust strangers. I'm sure everyone else feels the same way though. I'm new to this. Is there a way we can do this that works for everyone? I don't want to go through bitinstant or any of that hassle I just want something quick and easy for a small purchase.

How can we know this isn't another throwaway account then? You should send first for trusted people as you're the untrusted guy here. Also, be prepared to verify yourself as you're doing this with PayPal. That's a red flag in itself for the ease of chargebacks.

Escrow is only good with paypal if the escrow holder holds it for 30+ days.

As I said in the PM, I don't sell BTC for PayPal.

You might have more luck contacting those guys here:

I'm confused. You can just get your money back from PayPal for 30 days? What do you say to them?
