Where are you from? some countries have fast bank transfer facilities e.g UK banks do "faster payments processor" and they are almost instant, typically <15 mins.

Have you checked out localbitcoins.com? I'd assume best way to buy in your situation is f2f using cash.

JOe with your talk/questions you are the exact opposite of BTC. BTC are meant to be anonymous. Paper trail yes, but for paper trail to names/addresses no. C'mon man
