Well maybe i sell it very cheap, i couldn't find FT asiimov for less than 23$. But even when i sell it at low price, there are no buyers, and i wouldn't mind some bitcoins in my wallet now

Steam sees and controls everything on their network, if the spotlight is on from the feds they most definitely will ban gambling. I have no idea how this will affect the price of items, but don't be so sure that there will be sustainable ways to get around it.

People will buy skins to use them. Or To trade to keys. Open your eyes price won't fall that much because of that, i have noticed that expensive skins(asiimovs, hyper beasts) price rises now while cheaper ones(redlines) still falls down
