I've been thinking about it for some time now, and it feels like the right step. I've been shifting my focus recently and as a reason I might drop one or two of my campaigns.
Obviously, I can't make that decision alone, but if Avirunes wants to, and if onemd accepts, I would hand over the campaign on a permanent basis to Avirunes.
I'd still be providing escrow services for the campaign though, so I'm not fully gone.

I've contacted onemd about it and will let you know how things continue in the future.
