The map it pretty cool, it shows IPv4 address usage across the Internet.

TL;DR

With such large botnet he could become bitcoin billionaire in few weeks. Probably he got aspergers in severe form with slight addition of down syndrome. Pursuing narrow and complicated interest and then screw it all over by simply creating graphic representation of network instead of creating gigantic botnet for fun and profit.
