I noticed there isn't a thread for CFL so I just made a thread for the play.
Tonight Winnipeg Blue Bombers are playing Calgary and the line is around
+5 and the money line is +185.
I see this game as either team can win so getting +5 and +185 seems like
a no brainer.
Going to play .10 on Winnipeg +5 and .05 on the money line +185 that way
if my team wins by covering the spread I still make .05 but obviously I think
the Blue Bombers have a chance to win this outright.
Winnipeg has motivation tonight and revenge factor after getting whooped
2 weeks ago to Calgary. Winni defense has also looked much better the past
couple weeks holding Edmonton to only 20 points and beating Hamilton outright
on the road forcing 6 turnovers. Winnipeg qb Drew willy gets in trouble when he
has to force the ball so hopefully they stick with the game plan and grind the game
running the ball a lot. Calgary also doesn't have much of a pass rush so Willy should
have time which helps because his numbers get much worse when under pressure.
Also everyone is on Calgary getting 80% of the bets which is usually a great sign
when the line stays at 5 even with all the bets pouring in on the favorite.
As with any game anything can happen but liking this spot.
Calgary would win this game looking into the history they had met before. winnipeg isn't weak team but don't know in last couple year calgary seems more stronger than they.
