How can you say this? You can always just run away with people's investment or your project can fail and not have any revenue.

OK, so you just opened indie gogo campaign to receive money for you faucet founding? While this is  certainly the first faucet founding campaign I see on crowdfunding sites I don't think it will be successful.
Why? Because you can't assure that your faucet will be successful at all. Why it will be different that many others existing faucets, apart from fancy founding element?

I used to run a faucet website like a year ago, i quit because it wasn't worth the time, people earn pennies with the faucet and since google adsense isn't allowed I only made pennies with advetisement since i hate pop ups so i will never add pop ups to any site i make. Unless you roll out really big there is a chance of succes but lots of succesfull faucets have closed their sites lately.

If i were you and you got the skills to write in php or any other programming language try to think of a service that can serve the btc community and doesn't excist yet, or already excist but with new added features/improvements.

All of adverts will be CPM/CPC/VideoAds/Pop and PTC ads. Only by big brands like ExoCLixk,Popads,AdCash,Adsense, many more.
Ive partnered with over 12 advertising companies and they accepted my website.

My faucet will pay 400 Satoshi every 8 hours + 60% reff Income
On weekends it will be 800 Satoshi ever 12 hours and 80% referral.
