Hello folks.

well, I've joined steem 2 months ago. but I didn't take it seriously. because I didn't believe that I can earn money with just posting.

2 month before I earned 2.8$ just for 6 upvotes.(unfortunately I've only posted 2 posts two months ago and left the steem because I thought it is just none sense) but today I just earned 0.03$ for 6 upvotes.

You can imagine how much earning was that time. and getting upvotes was also very easy that times because there wasn't so many registered members.

but not the situation is not same. steem is full of thousands of trending posts and a person like me who don't know how to write and what to right have no chance to get enough upvotes to make some bucks.

so I've planed to Start an Upvote Exchange service.

Are you sure this will work great? , because of what i was reading to get dollars on steemit its not only about upvote, member who have much steem power can upvote their own post and make a much dollar, but sorry if i wrong

First of all this is legal ?, If you want to get votes in steem may be able to improve its content and as such does not see any place where I can post you can perhaps compete with all the content which is much channel reddit pordría be.

I hope I can get their votes but improving its content, that should be the right way.

The incentives for collusion are weird. I mean if one has a vote worth 1 cent and your vote is worth 0.1 cent, what would he get with your vote? It's not in his interest to spend it to you. And if you spend your 0.1 cent to someone smaller that gives you back 0.01 cent, then it's not good for you.

You are a legendary poster in btctalk, which means you write often. Just use your energy to post and comment intelligently and you'll make far more money.

Well I am not completely aware of these things. as I started using steem just 2 days ago. although my account is not new there. I registered 2 month ago but didn't try to understand steem. but now I am getting interest to it because of so many peoples vouching for it.
BTW You are right. if you have good steem power you can upvote your own posts and create some balance. but 1 upvote won't make enough money no matter how much steem power you have.

Illegal What? Asking for Upvotes?
I don't think it is illegal to ask for upvote out of steem.
and yes good and improved posts get more upvotes. but I am not a good writer and blogger. I am just a trader . but I still try to write interesting questions to get upvotes.

Asking for upvotes or trading them is not illegal, although the upvotes don't have equal value which makes pricing a fair exchange tricky to achieve. You seem to need at least 10+ upvotes today to make any money at all.

This is not the first time steemit user will suggest this idea, I can see that the voting of a thing has been rigged in favour of some users no matter how empty the content posted is, have seen so many post especially videos that you will blame yourself for watching and you wonder what people are voting for , since user even get paid for voting and commenting on a post, I don't see any thing illegal about this until the steemit owner restructure the way voting incentive is being paid out.

Forgive my lack of knowledge but isn't steem mods are against upvotting by creating such threads.For example,if someone links your this thread in the comments,would you still get the upvotes ? I doubt this is allowed in their terms and conditions.

No I don't think so there is any terms for this. asking for upvote is not against the rules of steemit.
I didn't see or read anywhere and anything regarding this. even people ask for upvotes within steem and they are still fine..

even I think it is a way to promote steem. if people use varius forums, social sites and other places to ask upvotes, more people will get to know about steem and come to join there..

exchange upvote can't be work to get more dollar on steemit, the fact on steemit is whale just want upvote to whale and minnow only get upvote from minnow too, and this is one reason for me to leave steemit, and my opinion dont waste your time on steemit, you can see much good article on steemit is like a rubbish and rubbish article get much dollar cause whale upvote on they article, if you have skill to write good article you should made personal blog, STEEMIT IS JUST FOR WHALE

this is correct. now adays steem turned into a place only for big steem power holders. they only upvote what they want to upvote.. no matter how much quality posts/article you write but you won't get any upvotes..
I saw in steem posts with nude girls pictures getting a lot more posts then quality content..

This does not work to increase the dollar, I've tried to join a group chat about Upvote Exchange and did not get any results. but good for your post was in trending with many upvote. and if you have a good article, it can get an upvote from whales, if you're lucky. I have experienced this, only get $20 and not more than that. I agree with @Strongkored steemit only for whales, so I left it and were not interested.

Well yeah.. stopping something and giving away is the not the sulotion. if you start something. then complete this.. leaving that in the middle of that is not a cool activity.
steemit is a large community and lots of big whales with high amount of steem powers are there.
getting a place there is hard but not impossible. keep improving your quality and one day you'll start earning money.
