Correct, Smoothie generates all of the addresses. I sent him a message to post here and further explain.

That is correct. All of the addresses were created by me (assuming the origin holo is in tact and not tampered with in any way).

Direct funding from me stopped in early 2014. Since then buyers have the option to prefund the coins to avoid the laser marking on the holograms.
