If you have transferred the coins in c-cex on the mentioned date you need to contact c-cex.We have no control on that.We have already done on auto swap on the c-cex from the old blockchain to the new one.

on the 18.07.2016 I decided to send my YOC coins to my C-Cex Wallet, which had the address during that time Yhc6ip4HQTX6hPsTTnLFPRbym91Lq4pbDL (old blockchain of yoc). The transaction-ID for that was 0506d2e77fe9e17aff79bf6bf5b1496de56356c2bf71d392ee5b572a3b838e7d. The amount was 8886 coins.

My coins got stoked since that time, because YOC didn't the swap my coins yet and I don't have access to my old wallet anymore on c-cex!!! I worte already several emails to support@yocoin.org without any answer sence almost 3 weeks!! It looks like a scam for me because nobody wants to get in touche with me from the support team or dev team of yoc!

Why that? Whats going on? If you are reading this, please send the coins to the following adress (on the new blockchain!) 0x6d8a37dab0dca2758630df334b3174fcae44671b.

i lost 500 Yocoin at C-cex when wallet maintance. i asked Support they show me contact Yocoin Support. I contacted Yocoin, no answer, no one solve my problem.

Does anybody knows when developers will swap old coins to new ones? We've sent remains of old coins last month but still didn't receive new coins and can't unlock client's account for this reason. We've tried to contact developers with no success.

I believe all swaps will be fulfilled by this weekend.

There was a webwallet issue that caused some of the delay, in addition to the number of swaps, but it’s my understanding this issue has been solved and swaps are in process and being completed as we speak.

All the coins that were purchased through the various exchanges need to be swapped too. Is there a special procedure for it??
I had a couple of exchanges swap it promptly - LiveCoin and C-Cex, but the others are taking forever..
What do you think I should do to make sure none of the coins for which I paid for are lost, other than to contact the respective support, who have all been notified numerous times.

Can you advise??
