Sorry, we do not provide any status or support for old deposits. Please, contact YOC team only about this issue. If you have transferred the coins in c-cex on the mentioned date you need to contact c-cex.We have no control on that.We have already done on auto swap on the c-cex from the old blockchain to the new one. Dear everyone, on the 18.07.2016 I decided to send my YOC coins to my C-Cex Wallet, which had the address during that time Yhc6ip4HQTX6hPsTTnLFPRbym91Lq4pbDL (old blockchain of yoc). The transaction-ID for that was 0506d2e77fe9e17aff79bf6bf5b1496de56356c2bf71d392ee5b572a3b838e7d. The amount was 8886 coins. My coins got stoked since that time, because YOC didn't the swap my coins yet and I don't have access to my old wallet anymore on c-cex!!! I worte already several emails to support@yocoin.org without any answer sence almost 3 weeks!! It looks like a scam for me because nobody wants to get in touche with me from the support team or dev team of yoc! Why that? Whats going on? If you missed the opportunity, you will need to email support to see if they can help. I posted a ticket to Yocoin Support about 500 yocoin losing when implemented a transaction to C-CEX. When the Maintance completed, all coin lost. one month later, there are not the answer that Accepted. Yocoin Team say me contact C-CEX. C-CEX talk to me contact Yocoin team. WWOAAA! |

Thanks for this info. However, Yocoin would do more damage to themselves by not offering help with those who have issues with the coin swapping. It would be in the good interest of the company to honour all the swap request in a timely manner and I quite well understand the heavy workload, but I think the most important attribute of a company is to communicate effectively and work hard on customer relationship. After all that would be the lifeblood of any business entity. I am firm believer of Yocoin and do wish them well. But sadly enough, even my email to the dev at yocoin15@gmail.com had been ignored to the core, which irks me. |

We have already done on auto swap on the c-cex from the old blockchain to the new one.
Does this mean that the coins at the Exchanges would be undergo an auto swap at the exchange itself and doesn't need any request for swap through the "YoCoin (ETH Contract) - Swap form"?? There seems to be some serious confusion about this process and would you kindly address this issue?? Many thanks in advance. |

Still no answer from ANYBODY including the support of YOCoin! BE AWARE OF A SCAM! Sorry that I have to say that but it has been months and nothing is going on on this case! Who are the owners of this company? Why can't i find this information easily, publicly.
Why the MLM premine? How much money has the MLM made?
How many forks did you guys have before swapping to an eth token? how many codebase changes? Who is the actual developer moving things forward? The more I look into this, the more incompetent the team appears, many failed attempts at running a blockchain. the solution, use a step by step tutorial of a basic token, available on ethereum website. How will this project not completely stagnate?
I would sooner invest in bryces next shitcoin attempt than this.
