either the labs paid their vc off or there was no vc at all
how can an investor stick with a 9 month delay and not post
any news them selves... something does not add up

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)
