Where's the signed message from a staked account?
How is your localbitcoin account worth anything near what you're asking for a loan amount.  I smell scam and you've been around here long enough to know the above things.

I changed my password as i have not logged in for some time. I noticed the message that i recently changed the password.

If i can provide evidence , i will.

I own the TAP business and can provide many evidence on this to any lender. 

Any trusted lender can check my localbitcoin account first before deciding to give the loan so the balls in there court. my LBC account is worth far more than what i ask for... so i regret using this as collateral but in need of the sum as soon as.

LocalBitcoins will then recover your account, making the lender loose his collateral, and you end up scamming him. Good collateral = Altcoins that are stable (LTC, DOGE, and maybe some others too) with high volume. Third party accounts are probably the worst collateral to be used.

If i had alt coins, i would of sold them for BTC if a needed.

IF LBC account isn't enough than my own hosting servers for my websites and this account as collateral. you change the email and pw first and i will gladly verify it via email so there isnt any chance of me recovering it during the borrowing period.

I have borrowed before successfully a year ago if i can find the post. 

What ever is needed, i can provide but i cannot give ALT coins as a collateral.
