SHA256("The Times 03/Jan/2009 Chancellor on brink of second bailout for banks") was used as a private key

I found out that the corresponding address have been used.
And it was not me, I swear.
I was thinking of scanning most recent tweets using this logic.
What do you reckon? Have I discovered gun-powder?
