SHA256("The Times 03/Jan/2009 Chancellor on brink of second bailout for banks") was used as a private key

I found out that the corresponding address have been used.
And it was not me, I swear.
I was thinking of scanning most recent tweets using this logic.
What do you reckon? Have I discovered gun-powder?

SHA-256 hash of: "The Times 03/Jan/2009 Chancellor on brink of second bailout for banks":
a6d72baa3db900b03e70df880e503e9164013b4d9a470853edc115776323a098

Corresponding bitcoin address for such a private key:
1Nbm3JoDpwS4HRw9WmHaKGAzaeSKXoQ6Ej

As you can see it has been used:
https://blockchain.info/address/1Nbm3JoDpwS4HRw9WmHaKGAzaeSKXoQ6Ej

Would be great there was a torrent file of all referenced materials of the paper: "How to Build Time-Lock Encryption" by Tibor Jager. And having its magnet link published on bitcoin blockchain!
