Coinbase should be fine for this. They don't seem to charge a fee, and I've been paid faucet earnings via coinbase (not a direct receive to wallet, the email to email thing.) You could also consider having them make a coinbase account. Pretty quick, and you know you'll be able to pay them with minimal fees.
Xapo does too.
I use Xapo for microtransactions since having to pay transaction fees when transferring really low amounts has a dramatic effect.
Electrum has a pay to many function although unlike Xapo, you actually have to pay a fee.

I know https://www.asmoney.com/ was used by some Cloud mining sites for the payouts and it even gives 4% interest on the money deposited there. It makes provision for multiple Alt coins too, if

you preferred other Alt coins over BTC.  As per their site --> Mass Payments " Through AsMoney API, you can pay hundreds of recipients automatically from your software or website. ' -- Best of all,

No Fees - " there are no fees regarding crypto currencies, and only 0.5% fee is charged for local currency transfers " -- Try them out and give us some feedback, if you happy.  Wink
