Which wallet do you use? Most wallets should have a pay to many function. Electrum has, Multibit HD has and neither require you to download the blockchain.

Make one deposit to a place that charges no fees and send them all from there?
I know that's the case with Xapo. Perhaps Coinbase too. Obviously you wouldn't want to do that if the coins had come from gambling or equally filthy things as they'll shut you down.
Or you could take your chances with a much reduced fee if there's no hurry.

Electrum offers this: http://docs.electrum.org/en/latest/faq.htmlCan I do bulk payments with Electrum? You can create a transaction with several outputs. In the GUI, type each address and amount on a line, separated by a comma.

No, I don't gamble the money I have to pay users. So Xapo will help me send for free?

It will increase the size of your transaction in kb, so you may have to use a higher fee than you normally do, but it should be less than multiple individual ones.

I think you will be required to pay a fee for every transaction you make, in other words you have to pay 10 fee from all addresses. already thread like this before, maybe this thread will help you https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=298758.0

Blockchain.info If i use wallets u mentioned, I can send to all paying TX fees for one? The size would decrease drastically since you are only essentially using the set of inputs once and the time to confirm everything would be lesser. E.g. One whole transaction with 5 inputs> 10 address vs 5 inputs> 1 address, 1 input>1 address and so on. And yeah, either way, you will be only paying the transaction fee once since only one transaction is created. Depends on what you are using. For the older version, you can use custom send to add the outputs. For the newer version, go to send and advanced options. Press the + to add outputs.

I would recommend xapo since they do not charge any fees for transactions, however, there have been reports of them closing accounts so I would be careful. If the amount is significant I would avoid them for now.

Account closed? Means they scam? The amount I want to transfer is not much but its to be given among many so I have to pay like 0.0003 or so and 0.0025 or so so really why pay 0.0002 fees for those everytime?

I think Xapo is one of the companies that is very strict. So they may close your account if they see you sending to gambling sites, and you might have to verify your identity (Probably similar to Coinbase) If you are doing nothing wrong then you should be fine.

i have seen may wallet charges for every transaction you make .0002 or .0003 , not sure with single transaction fee sending BTC to multiple people , since they charge every transaction it is better to accumulate send little higher amount instead of making every day transaction or you can do weekly once transaction, not sure this advice help you.

Create an account to xapo bitcoin online wallet send all funds need to send to 10 people, you can have only one transaction fee for sending it to xapo and sending transaction using xapo don't have fee so you can send it many times.

Well that depends on whether they return your btc first before closing your account. Companies can impose all the stupid pseudo moralic rules they want but they cannot seize your btc for it.

Coinbase should be fine for this. They don't seem to charge a fee, and I've been paid faucet earnings via coinbase (not a direct receive to wallet, the email to email thing.) You could also consider having them make a coinbase account. Pretty quick, and you know you'll be able to pay them with minimal fees.

i think if you are sending paymnet to different people in one transaction it is also too costly. because your kb is increasing and so you have to pay more for that. so it is better to send to every one using single address.

No, its actually better (for a smaller size in byte) to combine payments. Outputs (the coins you send) are smaller than inputs (they coins you use), because of the signture(s) you have to provide for the inputs

Don't use coinbase. Just use xapo or set the tx fee to a low amount.

The transaction you'd create would send it to multiple receivers, multiple outputs but with a single fee. Keep in mind that it increases the tx fee you normally pay because of the size (in kB) of the transaction. It would require less time and btc, too.
