you need to go to paxful with all those conditions, no one here will work with you at those fees and your terms go with identity theft so you wont have any luck here. But on paxful you will get a lot more clients there.

Also note i need to pay 2.9% fees to paypal, = 15% - 2.9% = 12.1% rate thats is not that high, compared to the risks involved.
atleast every instant dedicated exchange stes are charging a higher fee (wsc. oxc, bibc)

Someone into identity fraud, would accept high limit exchanges instead of puttng low/medium weekly and per order maximums.
Also, exactly the listngs with very low rates are the ones that have much higher chance to be involved in non legal activities.
But, if you are willing to take the risks for lower rates, start a service yourself, i am sure you will get allot of custoers.
Be prepared to see also many losses, and find out these rates are actually in bad times not enough to cover them.
