Forum rules clearly do not allow giving away crappy altcoins in exchange for a "spammy" response to a "giveaway" thread.
Please tell me if I am allowed to say this?

(At the top of a new thread, not related to altcoins)
"Note: Forum rules do not allow a specific reward for responding to this post, but it will be monitored as part of an on-going effort to improve the quality of discussions and award prizes to lucky winners."

What am I actually trying to do?
I am designing a project that will improve the community, while rewarding quality posters, also...   ...let's keep this post simple and quick.
Am I allowed to say/use the above quote?
Thanks.

As far as I can tell there shouldn't be any problem with that. Good luck with your project!

I see no reason why you can't pay people altcoins to make quality posts for you.
