I'm looking for a VCC that can be used for shopping on Amazon. The problem with most VCCs is that they get hit by AVS over a very small limit. Do you know if your card would work with this? Does it have full AVS?

International Bank Account Number and if you don't know it I wouldn't suggest using it. USA only uses normal bank accounts from the best of my knowledge.

I won't lie to you, I have no idea, you can check your account by adding a bank account, if it says add Iban then it will accept these vcc and Iban. you can also search that information online easily.
