Assuming you're not a scammer, you'd be more likely to get a trade if you buy gift cards and resell them.

I think you could quite easily sell Steam gift cards at 90ish% of face value, so you'd lose around 10%.

I read somewhere that Virwox charged 30%? I suppose 10% isn't all that bad. Where would I sell these steam vouchers? Can you direct me :L

I suggest first posting, finding prospective buyers and then buying the gift card from Paypal (it takes just a few seconds to buy a card anyways)

The account can only be used only for withdrawal and not adding balance or making payments

So its a savings account, you could've mentioned that
