He is selling the voucher , but he is only buying the voucher to sell it when he finds a potential buyer (like you)

I might be interested. But you have to offer some kind of discount, preferably 25% or more.
Steam is now accepting bitcoin directly and if I want to add funds to my steam wallet I can do it though Steam.
Let us know if how much of a discount you can offer without this there is no need to buy from any 3rd party anymore.
