I dont think the account is enrolled on FJ campaign. Based on the statistic shown on the bctalkaccountpricer, the account does not have enough posts on Gambling section while FJ campaigners should make 25 posts/week in gambling section. 
Probably the account is enrolled on bitmixer..The price is quite high imo.

I will not risk 0.2btc just for an account here in the forum. especially if it is a high rank. we never know what is the history of that acct.
even if i can earned that money for signature campaign. it is easy to give a negative trust feedback here in forum and that account will be a mess.

Look thread as this one will start to appear more and more now, as accounts markets is slow, if not frozen, people will try to put their accounts into signatures and then sell them, if the op asked for a 0,10btc i believe this account were sold already, the fact is this will get popupar, and this is more risky them buy an account, because you can buy the account and get kicked from spam or other reason.

fairly simple math. bitmixer pays 0.035. 0.035 x7 = 0.245. seven weeks still counts as a few weeks to me. the price they're asking is too much all the same.

I sell my account, my only account the current one for $100 dollars in bitcoin, more than 50 days been created and spent almost 4 days online.
If it's up to me I would say $1000 because I value my time however some one else just might pay $1 buck only it depends on perspective.

I suggest complying with the gunman. It's simple enough to say "I was forced to use the account" after the crisis is over.
I'm pretty sure your life is more valuable than some reason not to use a spammer's account.
