Must not be US based and can be used on betting sites. Will pay up to 80% of the value.

Escrow is a must for both parties whether it be on LBC or onsite here.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I sell betting VCC but I take more than the balance on it for the service I provide, like most legit VCC sellers, so your %80 of the value will only attract scammers. Be careful
