First think admin taking 50% stake doesn't make sense. Second thing predefined values. How can we predefine value of any thing globally or locally without valuation.

Also dump marketing strategy as asking people to join and invite their friends to have chance to win free coins, it seems not convincing. As user who will get picked as winner then what about person who take him to this coin.

Also no details yest about wallet, open source project details on Github, no explorer links, mining pool, scrypt algorithm, roadmap and much more.

It's not as unique as you think, there have been lots of freebie coins,  coffeecoin did very well but the dev lost interest.  I just hope the dev here sticks with it.

Once a wallet is released and the source is posted it will find it's way to an exchange.  If there is nothing new or special about this coin the dump will then begin.  It all depends on the DEV team.  If they are going to try and grow the coin or if they dump the premine as soon as it hits an exchange.
