Hi everyone.

Its a sad day but today www.cryptohydrant.com has to close its doors the cost of giving away btc is to high with no return or profit.

the faucet has been disabled and the withdraw limit has been dropped down to 1000 satoshi's giving everyone a chance to withdraw there satoshi's.

you have 1 week to make final withdraws befor the site is shutdown completely.

If anyone is interested in buying the site and keeping it running im open to offers.

It was a good faucet, sad it is closing down. Running a faucet nowadays without adsense and rising bitcoin price is not profitable anymore. Good luck with your sale Smiley

Sorry to see you guys go!
I logged in today and saw the disabled message. Sad
Was one of the cleaner sites. Good design, not a lot of junk and very easy to navigate.
Wish you good luck on your next project!
(Getting much harder to earn actual profits running a faucet from everything I have heard recently.)

Sorry to hear that. This was really good faucet. I am glad you decided to give people one week to withdraw even small amounts and that you did not run away like almost every other faucet owner when closing faucet. Wish you good luck with new project!

It is so nice to see that actually owner is allowing everyone to withdraw before they shutting down their faucet. I haven't claimed in this faucet but it feels nice to see OP is giving chance to all users to withdraw their claimed amount before going off. Good luck to all users who will be withdrawing, hope you guys will get what you own.

is the reason because adsense removed your faucet ?
i think the main reason why adsense is removing faucets is the few content
if you're working for another project then i suggest to see a webiste like Donaldcoin. they are online since a very long time and they didn't lost their adsense account.

Content is not main reason why adsense banning faucets. Their rules is against sites which are paying to users. So, sooner or later adsense can also ban donaldcoin account as they did for freebitco.in earlier.

hi guys. yes all withdraws will be paid out this week, we never used adsence so the site is not ban from google we just decided that the time spent running the site and working at a loss just no worth it.

the new project will be a gambling site with a faucet. you will be able to use your faucet earnings to play blackjack and also make deposits to play blackjack. more games will be added as we go.

It seems that these days, faucets  will become profitable if you will turn it into a gambling site, of course with deposit system, that way, the site will survive and the income is sure. Just like Freebitco.in, even if they have no adsense, they are still gaining because of the gambling and lottery in it.

It looks like faucets are either closing or turning to gambling sites, which can lead to large number of gambling sites, and i am not sure this can be good idea for all faucets. I think every faucet must have lottery to get back part of coins to owner, and that's it.

Faucets with gambling is a grand idea, and I think more should do it. You just can't resist the urge for that 'chance' for some extra st00f. Smiley
