Well, my work is not affected by visiting bitcointalk.org because it's only took 5-15 minutes everytime i visited bitcointalk.org. But it's a bit affect my work when i do gambling.

I'd hope that if either of these two is an issue for anyone, and I mean a serious serious issue where it's affecting their life, they'd go and get some professional help, as if it gets too far it can ruin lives and destroy families.
Me personally, I don't really gamble, and bitcointalk hasn't taken up too much of my time, and I'm fairly sure a lot of people won't have an issue with an internet forum taking up too much of their time, to the point where it becomes a serious problem.

totally no , cause I'm still a college student and most of the time I have nothing to do
also I live in a country that has a low salaries in USD , so when I visit bitcointalk I make a good amount of money comparing to what people are making here
also when I gamble I mainly play poker , and so far I'm in profit and trying to build my way up

Same here, still in college so have quite a lot of spare time to be spent on bitcointalk.org, and earns quite a good amount because most of my friends and colleagues are not earning anything yet so that makes a good impression when i talk about it to them. |

Did you ever lose time from work or school due to gambling? I think my work is affected due to addicted in gambling like playing online roulette. Can someone help me to get away in gambling. Gambling made my home life unhappy  . For me no couse I don't have work right now and I'm not studying so even I use all my day in this forum nothing will change in my schedules and good thing is stop gambling so I'm not the who still addictive to gambling. |

Not really because before, when i was addicted in gambling, i gamble after work its my hobby actually everytime im going home. not my work but my family was the one who got affected by my actions. good thing i managed to control myself so i rarely play now.

That is a really nice thing that you could stop yourself from gambling by thinking about your family that they are being affected by this, but there are a lot of people that are addicted of gambling and that addict never lets them get away from gambling and they just ruin their lives through this. |

Gambling made my home life unhappy . having a self discipline will help you about your addiction on gambling. on my case i haven't lose time from work or school over gambling or bitcointalk having a schedule about your day will also help you to manage your time wisely it may sound lame but it is effective specially for someone who has a strict time schedule. For now I decided to stop playing online roulette because next month is my upcoming birthday. And maybe I'll resume playing gambling after my birthday, Thanks for all suggestions & sorry for I can't leave gamble even if it causes lose time for work. |

When I was at my office I am still visiting the forum and my boss is not noticing what am I doing. Haha she thinks that I am still on sales even the theme of the forum she is seeing that I'm using and my supervisor have saw it too. I'm just saying that I'm getting clients through forum but literally I'm into other discussions and not working for their time. :p

Yeah, just doing a post or two should not be a problem for someone even if he is working, he could do that so that when go home he could rest for sometime without engaging himself with the forum. |

Mostly I visit bitcointalk.org and other gambling sites into my spare time, so it would not effect on my work and on weekend I'm very active with gambling because on that moment I have a lot of time to play comfortably, I never mixed up my work and hobbies so that my life is going with normal routine.

Gambling made my home life unhappy . First you should seek professional help. Gambling addiction is a psychological problem, and it should be treated with a specialized doctor. After doing that you can create an action plan along with effective therapy. Another solution, not always available from sites, is to ask for exclusion from their site. Of course that is not very effective with bitcoin, since no ID verification is required, so you can just create more accounts. |

At first Yes it did affected my work as I usually visit the site, post and answer posts but then again I realized my day job is paying me more that what I earn from this site and also in Gambling with Bitcoin so I tried to visit the site not as often and longer as I did before.

I don't gamble at work. It is very unprofessional in my opinion to engage in gambling activities during your work hours.
I do however browse internet when I don't have urgent work (who doesn't do that?) and unfortunately I sometimes got distracted by bitcointalk among other sites.

It's not fair decision to do gamble or visit some other sites which are not related to work, so it's very clear I don't play when I've work because I am very responsible person, I know very well what is important for me.

I do that too, i don't have any day job as i'm just a student right now but i often come to bitcointalk when i have free time to earn some free bitcoins through signature campaign by engaging myself into various conversations going on around, but i would suggest you not to gamble even if you have free time because that will surely effect your life as you will lose the money you get from the job and that is not something good. |

Exactly... gambling while on the office is so unprofessional and if I did that, and got caught, I'll be ashamed of what i've done... We are paid when we are in the office to perform our duty... Yeah, me too, when I am at work I am allowed to use internet and most of the time I am here in the forum and reading during break times and when I am sending email. |
