I would highly advise anyone against actually using this on an account you care anything about. I'm sorry if I'm being redundant or stating the obvious, but whenever a new game like this comes out there is always a flood of modders/hackers until the first ban-wave hits like a tsunami. Then everyone who hacked will be complaining about how Niantic is a horrible company they never should've wasted money on.

That's pretty interesting because isn't against the ToS/Law to create these projects in the first place?
Can these people get in legal trouble / banned for participating in the GitHub projects? Doesn't that make them the easiest targets of a ban? I've always been someone that encourages finding security flaws so they get fixed sooner rather than later, but be extremely careful treading that water.
