Hm, this is provably fair game, so you can check seed, wining numbers, your numbers, balance, wining and take all that and send that to support. From this screenshot they can only see that you played something, not sure what, and in 6:59PM there was jackpot, and 2 minutes after 7:01PM jackpot is taken.
Provably fair has nothing to do with the jackpot being paid out less then it's suppose to be and the jackpot section being replaced.

I've hitting all the balls and won the whole jackpot because once i switched from my desktop to my laptop also changed browser and the jackpot was now at 0.0005. I returned on my desktop to be sure that it was not the same amount. Even after clearing the cache resetting params on chrome the jackpot was still at 0.093 and on ei on my laptop the jackpot were 0.0005 so i took a screenshot of both at the same hours to have the right amount paying to me
Why is balance 0 if he won anything in both pictures, this is balance next to bitcoin simbol, right?
And if i see correctly, jackpot was 0.09 time 6:59, and 2 minutes after that in 7:21 jackpot is 0.00005.
And OP said he is using EI on laptop and CHROME on PC, if you look in both pictures on taskbar, you will see that in one picture OP has EI and Chrome, and in second picture it is only chrome, and it looks like its from pc or laptop, not both. And he said that he hit all 3 balls, but why is there only 2X payout if he hit all?
Only thing we actually know is 2 screenshots, showing nothing at all..Accusation is very serious, and we are talking about 60$ jackpot, i don't think that any casino would scam users for 60$.
