BTC-E Question - PLEASE ANSWER

Since I can't post anywhere, I will ask here.

I am wanting to get some USD into my btc-e account and I am having trouble. What is the easiest way to get money into my account? All of the options seem really shady...

Would I be better sending my btc from my mtgox account and purchasing further currencies from my btc? If I choose to sell at any time do they offer money as well?
