What happened:. Basically I've sent him $15, he told me to wait 3-4 minutes. Waited 4 minutes. I message him again, no reply. Basically 20 minutes have passed he tells me he already sent the money. Fine, I wait a bit more. At this point I know he scammed me.

Additional Notes: I already dealt with him twice, $10 each. But I guess he was aiming to scam more. Originally I pmed him to exchange $60, and didn't want to use any escrow and didn't want to exchange partial payments. He bluffed telling me to go find other sellers, but eventually came back.
