Coinbase expands services to Australia and denies upcoming ETC support

Coinbase, which is infamously known as the world’s largest bitcoin exchange and wallet service, has recently announced their plans to expand their services to Australia.

In a recent blog post, Coinbase stated that Australians can now buy bitcoin and Ether by using their debit and credit cards. Unfortunately, at this moment in time, customers from this region are unable to sell digital currency. It’s likely that Coinbase will grant users this possibility as well, in the near future.

Well, buying Bitcoin is a start. Let us hope that the bitcoins bought start circulating in the economy.
This would attract a different set of people to bitcoin, not just speculators.

Yeah I think this is an achievement of bitcoin, and bitcoin in my opinion is already involved in the circulation of the world economy, although still a little but guess that is a good thing. And I'm sure there will be more people who will be interested in bitcoin.

Cool Coinbase finally is coming to Australia, well i won't be using them, i prefer to have better control over my coins then they will allow.
Hopefully it might bring a little publicity with it though.

Well with Australia being the richest country in the world you would think that coinbase would of launched there first and allow them to use their exchange service fully with buying bitcoin from them.
