current buying price is 6 sat from ccex can't see where's the development coming from dev and how this coin will bounce

will XPOKE pump in comming days or no chance of pumping of XPOKE? I think PokeChain using a brand name of Pokeman could have gone a far better way but Dev does not let it be.
