pool-x not alowing payouts?

hi new here:) and im just wondering how the hell you get a payout from pool-x every time i try and make a withdraw i get this message

Fatal error: Uncaught BitcoinClientException:

• : Didn't receive 200 OK from remote server. (HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error) thrown in on line 0

so what the hell does this mean and how do i contact the owner of pool-x for my payouts
