You need a gpu to start mining on that pool, using just cpu will not cut it since the difficulty is so high at the moment and you will be competing with small to big gpu miners. Once you got a miner then look for the sgminer software in the forum, then attached your gpu  miner on the pool based on the provided ip addresses and port allocations. And you will be needing the wallet so that you can provide the wallet address that you will be using as the username on the pool.
