For me, it was about 3 months and a half. I bought 3x R9 380 that I'm very satisfied of. I'm now planning to buy a 1060 when price will be back to the normal.

Yes I am. I'm very satisfied of these. They're powerful but yet silent. Their temperature is very good. However I have no idea of the consumption, but that should be below 200W per card.

3x R9 280x as part of a system purchace from Newegg of what appears to have been their last "Litecoin miner", a few months back.

They got swapped for 3x R9 290 I already had on hand with TheStilt bios and that system has been rock-solid since then.

it was radeon r7 series that I last bought. It never work when i tried to figure how to mine altcoins actually. Not sure If i will ever try again, i don't have something to make it cool anyway. if i can set up water cooler for it, it would be great but then the next problem would be the electricity costs.

I did use the graphic card for gaming though. its one of the best i've bought.

Which R7 is it? if it's R7 370 , it's one of the most efficient cards to mine with. Very low Electricity consumption, however the hashrate is bit lower

When you factor in overall SYSTEM energy usage, though, the R7 cards fall quite a bit short of most R9 series cards or even some of the HD 79xx.
