 You don't have to pay that much and there are places to buy that tiny amount without giving your identity... that being said, a wire transfer is going to be a big tipoff wrt tracking your purchases!  I can't really help without knowing your country. I never did any transaction with Timelord, especially after he/she said no escrow.

No I never got paypal either. That was my fault because I didn't select to receive notification of responses. Some forums auto select it for you and I didn't bother to check. Again, that was my fault.

I'm not about shady business. Just wanna buy bitcoins without sending a ton of documents to do so. It's like we're treated like children for trying to use our own money online. I try to deal with individuals as often as possible.
