Well im technician i can buy low price like that here in my country sometimes its a snatch cellphone i just buy it for getting parts to use if i have some costumers needs to change lcd or any other parts of iphone 6.
the given price from the op is cheap compare to amazon used.

If you really want cheap one you can buy iphone 5s instead .

Edit: We should check also if the iphone is FU or factory unlock that you can use any simcard we want also we need to check if there is icloud account..
If yes he should give the whole details icloud and password..
Dont buy it if he can't provide is its important that you should know that things.. before you buy..

In my country people ask for a second hand iphone 6S between 300-450€.
So if I could buy this and resell I would have a big profit margin.

Why do I need the iCloud account? It is easy to register one.
What is factory unlock? And why it is important? And can I unlock it by myself or only the factory can do this?
